HOLLIDAY ICING

1/2 cup margarine or butter, softened

2 cups powdered sugar

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

4-5 teaspoons soy, almond, or coconut milk

Using the electric mixer, beat margarine or butter until fluffy. Slowly add milk, 1 teaspoon at the time, until icing is spreadable. If thinner icing is desired, add additional milk.
