OVERNIGHT OATS WITH BERRIES

1/2 cups oats

1 cup soy milk

1/2 tablespoon honey

1/2 tablespoon cinnamon

1/4 cup fresh raspberries

1/4 cup fresh blueberries

2 tablespoons pecans, chopped

Directions

Mix together the oats, soy milk, cinnamon, and honey in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight. The next morning, top with fresh berries and pecans, add additional honey if desired.
